due to hygiene reasons and the nature of our products, we DO NOT offer refunds/exchanges on unwanted items/change of mind. All sales are final.
if you receive an item which is damaged or faulty, we will offer you an exchange or refund. please notify us within seven days to be eligible for refund/exchange.
an incorrect item is also eligible for an exchange, please notify us within seven days for replacement.
please ensure incorrect item is:
- in its original packaging
- in the condition you received it
returned item will be inspected, we will notify you when received and when refund will be processed and issued. please allow seven working days for refund to original method of payment.
if you have not received your refund, please notify us which we will look into and investigate. also contact credit/debit card company, it may take a few more days for refund to show.
we only exchange items that have been received damaged/faulty or incorrect. If you would like to exchange for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send item to return address attached. it is advisable to use tracking service to ensure the safe return of your item/s. once received, an exchange will be made and we will notify you of your new tracking number via email.
shipping costs are non-refundable. if returning items from outside of the EU, please DO NOT use courier service. import charges and fees will be charged back to you or refused. please ensure item/s are listed as “ZERO” and clearly marked “RETURNED GOODS” on custom form and on the parcel as we do not accept parcels that incur duty charges.
